Do you guys really make all of your own leather?
Yup. We have a full-time, on hand leather smith that works side-by-side with us on new products and ideas. If you're lucky enough, you may even spot him along with us at some events!
What grade of metal are your medical toys?
For all medical toys that are INSERTABLE, we aim to have at least 316LVM implant grade stainless steel. For surface use medical toys, we aim for 316L stainless steel.
Do you have a retail location that I can visit? Where can I buy your products in person?
We have just opened a new storefront (June 2015)! It is located at 9938 70th Avenue although we do have limited hours. Visit here or here to learn more about this. We also do wholesale to a variety of locations and if you would like to contact us with more information we would be happy to direct you to your closest retail location. We also travel across Canada to do retail trade shows and events.
But can I have you do a home party for me in my house?
Unfortunately, no. We are aware of the business we are marketing and don't feel comfortable sending out our reps, alone, to someone's house.
What are your hours?
I live in Ontario and I like to buy in Alberta because I don't pay HST. Why are you charging HST?
We are required to pay out HST to the government on any and all sales into provinces which charge HST. Unfortunately, to recoup this cost and still keep prices reasonable we have made the difficult decision to begin charging our customers HST.
What are the advantages of making and maintaining an account?
This is so that we can serve you better. Our account system offers very advanced features, including cart look up/loss, phone ordering, error/issue ticketing and more. When you create an account, we then can contact you with the touch of a button, or vice versa. We do not sell, rent or otherwise distribute your name or information to any third parties. The account system is solely for your use to contact us and streamline your order process. This system is in place to serve YOU, the customer, better.
It also offers neat perks, such as storing your sizing information for ease of ordering in the future and the super fancy Kinky Rewards Program that we will be rolling out in the next few months and pro-rating everyone who has made previous orders with us.
Do you carry stock? What is your normal turnover time?
We stock almost all of our latex and leather items in BLACK. We carry a hefty stock (almost 1000 sq. ft, wall-to-wall of kinky goodness!) and usually orders will ship out within two business days. We will notify you by e-mail if we are going to have to back-order anything due to being out of stock.
Do you do custom work or repairs?
We do offer custom work on our leather and some latex items. Please send us an e-mail with such details as dimensions, materials, colors etc. and we will do our best to assist you. We may charge a custom item fee if the item is something that we do not normally carry nor stock the parts to make. We do repairs on a case-by-case basis only depending on the item. What does your packaging look like?Any orders made with us will be shipped in a plain manila bubble mailer or cardboard box (depending on the size of the order). Return address is marked as 'Ware's and Wear Ventures Inc'.
